The Jail Management module includes all information necessary to start the legal process beginning with arrest and booking. All information entered becomes available to the courts from Magistrate to District Attorney to Clerk of Court to Disposition. During the arrest and booking process, jail management can obtain information from the court history and view any prior criminal activity.

The Law Enforcement module helps streamline service of papers, access to accident and incident report information (print copy for the public and receipt for copies), allows for entry of vehicle service, mileage, and gas records. The theft item and pawn shop lists allow to cross reference stolen items with pawn shop records.

• Civil Papers to Serve - pulled from Civil Case Management or Entered by Law Enforcement
• Warrants to Serve - pulled from Criminal Case Management or Entered by Law Enforcement
• Vehicle/Equipment Maintenance Records - search by unit number, VIN, category, and serial number
• Theft Item and Pawn Shop Lists - searches by item, serial number and category.
