Support can be broken down into 3 phases or categories: Pre-Implementation, Implementation, and On-going.

Pre-Implementation:

Your Support begins well before we even install our software. There are many steps that occur before implementation begins to ensure a smooth transition to the new software application. A typical Pre-Installation may consist of site analysis, training, conversion, software and database installation. These are all integral parts of the implementation process before final installation and acceptance testing may begin.




   

Implementation:

A typical installation involves having a predetermined start date for acceptance testing. Icon will provide a combination of on-site and remote support as contractually agreed upon during this period of time. This will help the customer gain knowledge and confidence to perform daily work quickly and efficiently with Icon Software solutions.

Ongoing:

Now that you are part of the Icon family, this phase of support continues to build on our foundation with teamwork and communication. There are three methods available to request support: Our toll-free help desk, toll-free fax support, and E-mail support. Icon believes in nurturing a relationship with each customer and will provide the necessary support to accomplish this. With each software solution provided by Icon Software, education and training continue during this phase.
