Support can be broken down into 3 phases or categories: Pre-Implementation,
Implementation, and On-going.
Pre-Implementation:
Your Support begins well before we even install our software. There
are many steps that occur before implementation begins to ensure
a smooth transition to the new software application. A typical Pre-Installation
may consist of site analysis, training, conversion, software and
database installation. These are all integral parts of the implementation
process before final installation and acceptance testing may begin. |
